For high-precision fittings with torque/rotational angle where a high level of accuracy or duty of documentation is required, e.g. engine components and cylinder head screws in particular, mechanical engineering with higher-level requirements (e.g. robot technology etc.) — Ready for industry 4.0: The HAZET smart technology consists of an optional SmartTAC app and Bluetooth 4.1 Low Energy interface with problem-free live data exchange for displaying the screw fitting progress on mobile devices such as a smartphone (smartwatch) or tablet PC as well as via a USB C interface for programming the torque/rotational angle wrenches and documenting the screw fitting data via laptop or PC. Large, high-contrast, easy-to-read OLED display, dimmable and rotatable through 180°, Ok/not OK screw fitting case assessment, adjustable torque units (Nm, lbf ft, lbf in or kgf m), Li-ion battery can be charged directly via USB-C interface, effective length can be adjusted for other insertion tools, four-way signalling of the screw fitting progress though acoustic signal (buzzer), vibration, accompanying digit display and all-round 360° LED display visible from any position with "traffic light function", up to 3000 measurements can be stored on the wrench, programming of parameter sets and flow charts is possible. Tested in accordance with DIN EN ISO 6789-2:2017.
