The soft bond and special SiC grit shape guarantee very soft grinding properties. Recommended cutting speed 10-15 m/s.

For pre-polishing and high-gloss polishing of injection moulding tools for plastic parts, high-gloss polishing of stainless steel components (INOX), pre-polishing of valves and fittings, polishing of carbide cutting edges. Felt tools are for use together with diamond polishing pastes and polishing paste bars. When the polishing paste is changed, the polishing tool must be changed as well. The ZYA form is mainly used peripherally. The ST-BO type with centre hole is suitable particularly for face-down polishing. Recommended cutting speed 5-10 m/s.
