Ren cấy, ren giả HELICOIL-plus free-running
The threaded insert with precision-formed, rhombic profile runs through freely, turn by turn. The result is a true-to-gauge inside thread usable on both sides. The dimensional accuracy of the ISO thread complies with DIN 13 6H; for special requirements, 4H can be achieved.
For better identification once inserted, HELICOIL-plus free running is coloured green. The colour is grip-resistant and does not affect the dimension.

W = number of turns before installation, B = core hole, d = outside diameter of threaded insert before installation, DHC = outside diameter of receiving thread, D1HC = thread core diameter.

HELICOIL-plus Screw-Lock has the same advantages as HELICOIL-plus free running. In addition, a screw-gripping area that serves to secure screws is built in. This is achieved through one or more polygon-shaped windings that grip the flanks of the screw.

Note: The red-coloured , diamond-shape-engraved HELICOIL-plus Screw-Lock thread inserts can only be used with screws of higher strength classes, that is, from at least 8.8.
