These reamers are used to slightly widen drilled holes. The adjustment range lies within the elastic limit of hardened steel, rising to max. 1% of the diameter. The tools should be stored in an untensioned condition; when tensioned, they are sensitive to shock and impact.
These reamers are ground to the nominal measurement, thus not for H7 holes.
