A thin, perforated steel strip is coated with diamonds and cast onto an unbreakable plastic base. Grinding is done with little water on the surface. Swarf remains in the holes of the perforated steel and is then rinsed off. For grinding of high-quality tools with blades of HSS or other hard materials (silicon, ceramic, etc.). Leather sheath included.
